Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Customer service and basic computer experience required. Required Work Experience: One year (1) of clerical experience required. Experience in a hospital or physicians office preferred.
