Hiring: Integration Architect – ERP & Investment SystemsJob location: Miami, Florida, United StatesExperience Required: 10+ YearsWe are looking for an experienced Integration Architect to act as a technical authority responsible for designing secure, scalable, auditable, and enterprise-grade integrations for a leading institutional real estate investment environment. Key Responsibilities:✅ Enterprise Integration Architecture• Define and own end-to-end integration architecture across enterprise applications• Establish integration standards, patterns, and best practices• Architect secure and scalable integrations across financial and operational systems✅ ERP & Investment Systems Integration• Lead integration design involving:NetSuite (GL, AP/AR, Financial Close)Investran (Investment Accounting, Fund Structures, Investor Reporting)Concur (Expense & Travel Management)• Ensure financial data integrity, reconciliation, and traceability• Support impact analysis during accounting changes, upgrades, and regulatory updates✅ Integration Technology & Middleware• Design API-based, batch, file-based, and event-driven integrations• Work with middleware / iPaaS / ETL platforms• Implement robust logging, monitoring, retry mechanisms, and alerting• Enforce data security, encryption, and access control standards✅ Delivery Governance & Technical Leadership• Serve as design authority for enterprise integration solutions• Review and approve integration designs and mappings• Guide internal and offshore development teams• Collaborate with QA, Data, Security, and Infrastructure teams during SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and production stabilization✅ Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration• Partner with Finance, Asset Management, Operations, IT, and external vendors• Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable integration solutions• Communicate architecture decisions, risks, and dependencies to leadership teamsRequired Skills & Experience:✔ 10+ years of overall IT experience✔ 5+ years in Integration Architecture roles✔ Strong expertise integrating ERP, investment, and financial platforms✔ Hands-on experience with:NetSuiteInvestranConcurYardi / RCAMS / similar real estate asset management platformsStrong understanding of:Financial and investment accounting data flowsREST / SOAP APIsJSON / XMLBatch, real-time, and event-driven integrations✔ Experience with cloud integration platforms and modern middleware architecturesPreferred Qualifications:• Experience in Real Estate Investment, Private Equity, or Asset Management domains• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills• Ability to work across enterprise-scale transformation programs
