If you are a highly technical machinist looking for a stable, family-oriented home where you are encouraged to grow and promoted from within, this is the perfect opportunity.The successful candidate's duties and responsibilities will encompass the following:Perform high-quality surface preparation, including professional-grade sanding, masking, and cleaning of large-scale industrial componentsMix industrial coatings and primers to exact specifications, ensuring optimal drying times, finish hardness, and long-term corrosion resistanceOperate advanced spray equipment and precision touch-up tools to apply protective and aesthetic finishes to heavy-duty machineryExecute final detailing, including the accurate placement and application of vinyl cut graphics and decals onto finished partsUtilize overhead cranes and forklifts to safely move and position massive components for the preparation and painting processMaintain a high-efficiency workspace by managing painting consumables and performing routine maintenance on booth equipmentCollaborate with the manufacturing team to meet production deadlines while adhering to 5S cleanliness and safety protocolsThe background of the successful candidate must include the following:1 or more years of Auto Body school or equivalent hands-on experience in an industrial or automotive painting environmentTechnical proficiency in paint mixing and a deep understanding of application processes for industrial-grade coatingsA "quality-first" mindset with the ability to perform precision work on large-scale machineryPhysical capability to wear a respirator (standard medical clearance is required) and work in an active manufacturing settingA stable and reliable work history; our client values longevity and is seeking candidates looking for a long-term career home (no "job hoppers")Being a US citizen or Green Card holder
