What You’ll Do We have multiple paths inside the sales team (canvasser, appointment setter, full sales representative). You can grow into each step as you develop. Day-to-day, you will: Go door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods to start conversations with homeowners Set appointments for roof inspections and sales presentations Learn to inspect roofs, document damage, and educate homeowners (we train you) Present solutions, build value, and close deals using our proven sales process Work company-provided leads, referrals, and past customers in addition to your own prospecting Use our CRM and systems to keep jobs organized so our office and production teams can take over This is an outside, face-to-face sales role.
