Additionally, through its nationwide e-commerce platform and bespoke events division, lil sweet treat curates customized candy experiences for individuals, brands, and special occasions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area for a New Store Construction Project Manager. The selected candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of new store construction projects. Responsibilities include managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships, ensuring projects adhere to predefined standards and are completed on schedule. The Project Manager will liaise with contractors, monitor construction progress, and produce regular updates and reports for the management team.QualificationsExpertise in Construction Project Management and Construction ManagementPrevious experience in retail or commercial construction projects is a MUSTExperience in Project Coordination and overseeing multiple stakeholdersStrong skills in Budgeting and financial planning for construction projectsProficiency in Project Management tools and methodologiesExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilitiesEffective communication and leadership skills to work with diverse teamsBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferredAbility to work on-site in the Los Angeles Metropolitan AreaCompensation: $80,000-$100,000 based on relevant experience.
