Siteworker Date: March 23, 2026 Pay: Hourly with the ability to earn up to $70,000 per year Chase EX, located in Falmouth, Maine, supplies the Greater Portland area with a range of heavy civil excavation services supporting commercial, municipal, and public utility projects. Job Description: Chase EX is on the hunt for a dynamic, high-energy Construction Laborer to join our crew. Laborers tackle a variety of hands-on work, from raking and shoveling to loading materials and keeping the jobsite moving. You’ll have an opportunity to learn valuable trade skills like underground utility installation, plan reading, and construction layout. Job Functions Place, rake, spread gravel, asphalt, and other roadway materials Assist in installation and maintenance of erosion control systems including silt fence, wattles, inlet protection Transport materials and tools throughout the jobsite Perform a variety of tasks on construction sites, such as shoveling to expose existing utilities, assisting with new utility installation, implementing erosion control best practices, raking loam, and helping load and offload materials and equipment Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with other team members Participate in maintaining a clean and organized job site Become educated on and follow all OSHA and company safety policies 55+ hours per week during peak season No night work Opportunity for year-round work Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned Desired Experience: OSHA 10 certification preferred No experience required — the more skills and drive you bring, the more you earn!
