Managing 5 locations in Annapolis and one in Rockville, MD, you will lead by example, ensuring every store operates at peak performance. You'll travel regularly to each location, meeting with managers and staff, offering guidance, and driving excellence. Through coaching, mentoring, and teaching, you'll empower five managers to hit their goals, exceed metrics, and deliver exceptional automotive service. Your leadership will be the engine that propels our team to success!
