The company runs OTC and exchange-based execution across liquid digital assets with a focus on pricing discipline and counterparty control. The OTC Trader is responsible for executing bilateral digital asset trades, managing quotes, and controlling execution risk across spot markets. The role is execution-focused and requires active participation during US trading hours with hybrid on-site presence. Responsibilities Execute OTC spot trades across major digital assets Price bilateral trades based on real-time market conditions and liquidity Manage trade execution, settlement coordination, and post-trade reconciliation Monitor market depth, volatility, and execution risk during live trades Interact with internal trading, risk, and operations teams Identify pricing inefficiencies and liquidity dislocations Qualifications 3+ years of experience in crypto trading, OTC desks, or institutional execution Proven hands-on experience executing spot digital asset trades Strong understanding of liquidity, spreads, slippage, and market impact Ability to price trades independently under live market conditions Comfortable operating during US trading hours with hybrid on-site work Compensation Base Salary: USD 130,000 — 165,000 per year Token Allocation: not applicable Legacy: performance-based bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
