Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end surgical scheduling lifecycle and standardize scheduling workflows Oversee training, onboarding, and cross-coverage systems for surgical scheduling teams Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and resource utilization Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business, health care, or a related field, or equivalent experience Three years of experience in a lead role overseeing program/project management Three years of experience working on quality and process improvement projects Proven record of project completion and program planning Experience leading committees and cross-functional teams
