Position Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should be proficient in foot and ankle biomechanics, as well as translational research in orthopedic foot and ankle conditions, with special focus on pain management.
Requirements include an interest in an academic career with an outstanding record in orthopedic research.
The successful applicant will be expected to supervise and direct the Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Research Program and to have expertise in the minimally invasive surgical treatment of foot and ankle conditions, as well as complex reconstructions and limb realignment with circular external fixators.
Qualifications
Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery
Fellowship-trained in an ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Foot and Ankle
Experience in complex reconstruction and circular external fixation, possibly with fellowship training in said specialty
