Date Posted: 05/05/2026Hiring Organization: Rose InternationalPosition Number: 500750Industry: Financial ServicesJob Title: Finance ManagerJob Location: Chicago, IL, USA, 60601Work Model: OnsiteShift: Normal Business HoursEmployment Type: TemporaryFT/PT: Full-TimeEstimated Duration (In months): 8Min Hourly Rate($): 72.00Max Hourly Rate($): 78.00Must Have Skills/Attributes: Financial Analysis, Forecasting, Risk AnalysisExperience Desired: Financial Planning & Analyst (5+ yrs)Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree**C2C is not available**EducationJob Description Bachelor’s Degree RequiredTo provide dedicated financial oversight and support for the NA Target Operating Model program, with a specific focus on: Tracking resource transitions (headcount and related costs and savings) Liaising with local HR and Project teams to validate related people costs Ensuring correct accounting treatment (e.g., restructured and non-restructured) Quantifying and tracking associated Investments and Net Run Impact (New On-Going Costs + Gross Savings) Actuals against the approved business cases Forecasting all aspects of the Project spend (Investments, New Run Costs, Gross Savings) with comparisons against approved business cases Submit quarterly Comparability Adjustments, as required Providing clear, timely reporting to Lead FP&A and project leadership Program Tracking and Benefits Realization Work with HR, business leaders, and the program office to: Maintain a detailed Transitions Tracker (by Wave, Solution Line, Team, cost center, cost type, etc) Translate headcount transitions expenses and savings into: Opex vs. Capex, Restructuring vs. non-Restructuring Investments, Gross Savings, New Ongoing Run Comparison to approved business cases Align savings tracking with the original business case and the latest forecast Provide monthly and quarterly summaries of: Actual vs. planned net savings (by project and initiative), Explanations for deviations (delayed hires/exits, scope changes, rate changes, etc.) Flag risks and opportunities FP&A Process Support – Analysis, Reporting, and ForecastPrepare Regular Analysis For FP&A Project Steering Committee / Program Management Office (PMO) Integrate program impacts into: Monthly close and management reporting Forecasts, budget, and long-range planning Ensure all program-related assumptions are documented, transparent, and aligned with wider FP&A deliverables.**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.**BenefitsFor information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
