Construction Project Manager / Superintendent
Construction Project Manager / Superintendent needed for an extremely busy general contractor. We specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodels. Minimum 5 years Residential experience is required.
Must be willing and able to travel from one job site to the next throughout the week. Locations vary from Ventura County, San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita, Burbank, Simi Valley, West Hills, etc.
Responsibilities:
· Overseeing onsite job management
· Managing all crew members to make sure work is done according to plans
· Picking up additional materials needed for jobsite
· Meeting inspector at all regular scheduled job site inspections
· Scheduling crews
· Meeting subs at job sites to perform job walks
· Answering questions on site for employees and customers
· Make sure all work meets building code
· Managing all construction related issues
· Conduct weekly safety meetings
Excellent communication, extensive knowledge in construction, a positive attitude, working well with others, dedication and leadership are what we’re looking for.
Weekly pay of $1,000 plus gas stipend.
Knowledge in Construction CRM software is a plus.
We provide work cell phone and tablet.
Pay: From $1,000.00 per week
