Receptionist / Administrative AssistantPosition Summary - $16/hourWe are seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and job applicants. This individual will provide front office support by greeting guests, managing incoming calls, and assisting with general administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while following established procedures and guidelines.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and applicants in a professional and courteous mannerAnswer, screen, and route incoming phone calls appropriatelyOperate a multi-line phone system or switchboardCoordinate transportation or other visitor accommodations as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception areaProvide general administrative and clerical support to internal departmentsAssist with scheduling, filing, data entry, and other office-related tasksRespond to inquiries and direct individuals to the appropriate personnelFollow company procedures and established guidelines while maintaining confidentialityQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred1–2 years of administrative, receptionist, customer service, or related experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general office equipmentProfessional demeanor with strong customer service skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectivelyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsWork EnvironmentThis position operates in a professional office environment and requires regular interaction with employees, customers, and visitors.
