Premium Hospitality Representative (Part-Time, Seasonal)

It is our shared responsibility to ensure that the greatness of the Raiders is in its future.The Premium Hospitality Representative serves as the first point of contact for our VIP guests at the exterior of our VIP Entrances and is responsible for proactively anticipating guest needs and providing professional customer service.Essential Job FunctionsProvide customized Premium level service to guests by being proactive with their requests and attending to their needs during all Allegiant Stadium events.Positioned at exterior VIP entrances and assist Premium guests with ticketing, seating and wayfinding issues.Ensure exterior VIP ticket gates and entrances are set according to standards prior to gates opening.Retain an extensive knowledge of Allegiant Stadium policies and procedures, seating sections, and amenity locations.Proactively greet and welcome Premium guests as they arrive at exterior VIP entrances.Guide guests to the appropriate line/entrance based on their seat location.Work cooperatively with all Teammates at Allegiant Stadium.Identify opportunities to create memorable experiences that are unique to our Premium clients.Work cooperatively with all Teammates at Allegiant Stadium.All other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Demonstrated experience in customer service.Excellent verbal communication skills with proven ability to manage complex situations.Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Established professional, personable, and dedicated work ethic.Flexibility to work non-traditional hours on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends according to the Raiders home schedule and events schedule.Must be available for all Allegiant Stadium events.Have a basic knowledge of technology and handheld devices including, but not limited to, radios, ticket scanners and iPads.Respects and understands client and celebrity confidentiality.Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):Standing for long periods of time, frequent walking, and stair climbingAbility to work in inclement weatherFrequent bending, kneeling, pushing, and pullingMust be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs.Ability to work independentlyThe Las Vegas Raiders provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
