This role ensures the site runs efficiently, safely, and delivers a high-quality customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily facility operations including HVAC, lighting, humidification, compressors, and overall site conditionsManage vendors and lead regular operations reviews to ensure performance, budget, and timelines are metDrive warehouse efficiency, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and overall site organizationEnsure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, hazmat handling, and emergency preparednessMaintain high standards for cleanliness, security, and customer experienceLead installation and deinstallation of equipment and coordinate preventative maintenance activitiesManage intermittent projects such as equipment upgrades, electrical studies, and third-party maintenanceQualificationsExperience in operations, facilities, or project managementStrong vendor, budget, and timeline management skillsKnowledge of facility systems and safety complianceAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
