Director of Lifelong Discipleship and Evangelization

The Director of Lifelong Discipleship and Evangelization collaborates closely with the Pastor, parish staff, and parish leadership to cultivate a parish culture in which encounter with Christ leads to ongoing conversion, formation, and missionary discipleship. This role integrates efforts across all age groups, with emphasis on prayer, catechesis, and the proclamation of the Gospel in daily life. Rather than functioning solely as program administration, this position contributes to a cohesive pastoral strategy in which all ministries work together to form disciples who are equipped and sent to share their faith within and beyond the parish community.
