The ideal candidate will have experience leading the software development process from conception to deployment, developing web applications using.NET, SQL and Microsoft Azure solution suite. To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed; meet the education and work experience required; and must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. Other duties, in addition to the below, may be assigned as necessary to meet business needs.ResponsibilitiesServe as the technical lead for the development team, driving technical strategy, design decisions, code reviews, and adherence to development standards.Partner with architects, and project leadership to translate requirements into effective technical solutions and implementation plans.Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and the.NET stack utilizing.NET MVC framework,.NET Core, Web APIs, and related technologies.Understand complex database design and support database knowledge and experience with SQL Server database (i.e. writing SQL/T-SQL, Stored Procedure, UDF, triggers, etc).Build and enhance web applications using modern client-side technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, and TypeScript.Build and maintain secure CI/CD YAML-based pipelines using Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and cloud-native deployment tools.Troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications, databases, and server tiers.Implement unit testing using NUnit, MSTest, or similar frameworks.Collaborate with Agile teams and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement activities.Mentor and guide junior level resources on the team.RequirementsU.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and at least 7 years of experience developing and supporting applications using the Microsoft.NET technology stack.Experience administering and troubleshooting applications hosted on Microsoft Windows Environments, as well as managing Azure DevOps pipelines and deployments.Strong customer service/client facing skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving skillsDesiredMicrosoft certified: Azure fundamentals or related cloud certifications.
