Support Staff (Floater) - Early Childhood ProgramAt Over the Rainbow Learning Center, we don't "babysit." We build foundations. We are a play-based early childhood program serving children 6 weeks to 5 years old, grounded in the CTELDS framework. Our classrooms are structured, engaging, and intentionally designed to support social-emotional, cognitive, physical, and language development.We are looking for a reliable, professional floater who can step into any classroom and contribute immediately-with confidence, care, and strong classroom presence.This is a role for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and understands the impact a great teacher has on a child's life.What You'll DoThis role requires flexibility, awareness, and professionalism at all times.
