Company Description: Mega is a boutique record company based in a home office/studio in Los Angeles. We are looking for an organized and energetic Studio Coordinator to keep our creative space running smoothly, support our talented team, and provide a welcoming environment for our clients.Role Description: The Studio Coordinator is a full-time/contract, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA, responsible for supporting the smooth daily operations of the studio. This role manages front-desk and reception duties, welcomes visitors and coordinates studio schedules, room bookings, and calendars for internal sessions and client meetings. The Studio Coordinator assists with basic administrative tasks as requested. They liaise between internal teams and external partners, help coordinate small events or sessions, and support sales and marketing activities by preparing materials, updating contact lists, and maintaining the office upkeep. The position requires consistent on-site presence, reliability, discrete, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic, creative environment.QualificationsStrong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and internal team members.Customer service skills, including a helpful and solutions-focused approach to supporting guests, clients, and colleagues in a studio environment.Familiarity or interest in music and studio workflows, with the ability to coordinate schedules and support creative sessions effectively.Basic sales and marketing skills, including comfort assisting with outreach, studio tours, promotional materials, and maintaining contact or lead lists.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, calendar tools); experience with studio booking or CRM systems is a plus.Ability to work on-site full time in Los Angeles, CA, and to collaborate respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.At least 3 years of experience in a studio, boutique record label environment, hospitality, or office coordination role is preferred; relevant education or training in business, communications, or creative fields is beneficial.Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver licenseReady to apply?Email resume, cover letter, and social media handle  to jax@themega.com
