Senior HR Systems Analyst – Infor CloudSuite HCM & PayrollPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Senior HR Systems Analyst with strong functional and technical expertise in Infor CloudSuite HCM and Payroll. This role will support, enhance, and optimize HR and Payroll systems while partnering with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver scalable technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, support, and maintain Infor CloudSuite HCM modules including Talent Acquisition, Global HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Performance, and related applications.Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS and Payroll system issues.Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and system enhancements.Support system upgrades, integrations, data migration, testing, and process improvements.Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.Configure workflows, security roles, and system personalization.Support APIs, web services, and integrations with third-party systems.Deliver end-user support and training.Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and Payroll data standards.Stay current on Infor updates and recommend platform improvements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.3+ years of experience supporting Infor/Lawson HCM CloudSuite applications.Experience supporting:Candidate ExperienceTalent Acquisition & Transition ManagementTalent ScienceGlobal HRPayrollExperience with additional modules such as Benefits, Compensation, Performance, Goal Management, Absence Management, Learning, or Succession Planning.Hands-on experience with:Infor Process Designer (IPD)LPL/Configuration ConsoleISDFCUData LakeReplication SetsREST/SOAP APIs and web servicesSecurity and role-based access controlsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsInfor Associate or Professional certifications in HR Payroll, HR Talent, Global HR, or related areas.Experience with Landmark or Infor OS technologies.Knowledge of HR compliance, Payroll processes, and cloud-based HR systems.Day-to-DayThis role involves supporting and enhancing Infor CloudSuite HCM applications, resolving system issues, managing integrations and configurations, partnering with HR and Payroll stakeholders, supporting testing and upgrades, and driving continuous improvements across HR technology and Payroll operations.
