The main role of the Financial Advisor is to create lasting relationships with clients by helping them make intelligent financial decisions based on their unique situations and goals. He/she will focus on creating meaningful investment solutions for clients.
Responsibilities Include:
Grow the division’s current book of business alongside the established team
Build and nurture strong client relationships with current and potential clients
Prospect and generate new leads through various channels
Build and maintain a solid fee-based and commission book of clients using all available resources, including the bank’s customer base, the advisor’s own network of connections, and proactive prospecting in the community
Work with the team to develop a strategic business plan for the division and make regular progress toward the division’s goals
Effectively communicate with people with a wide range of backgrounds and experience levels
Desired Skills & Experience:
Must be coachable, honest, trustworthy, proven hard work ethic and a team player
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail
Adaptable and resilient in all situations with an optimistic outlook
Comfortable utilizing technology to enhance the client’s experience, including, DocuSign, eSignature and Salesforce.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
FINRA Series 7 & 66 Licenses
Life, Health, Disability, Long-Term Care Insurance Licenses
CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, CHFC®, and other industry designations are a plus
Stellar sales professionals with superior relationship-building skills and at least 5 years of experience will also be considered.
