Responsible for handling telephone calls, general email inquiries, walk-in traffic, scheduling student appointments, completing visa letters, and assisting students as well as office staff. Develops and maintains a working knowledge of education abroad procedures and handles routine inquiries from students, parents, faculty, and staff, escalating them to the appropriate staff as needed.Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 50 Job DutyAdministrative Support: Provides administrative support for education abroad applicants. Assists EAO staff with related administrative duties, such as pre-departure orientation, workshops, marketing events and application processes. Maintains space reservations for events. Assists other staff with other projects and tasks as assigned.Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 25 Job DutyEnrollment Support: Under the supervision of the Assistant Director for Enrollment and Operations, assists with application and form approvals in education abroad database and assists with follow-up communications with students.
