The Default Services department’s goal is to keep our borrowers in their home. In this role, the Special Servicing Specialist will be responsible for managing the workout options for delinquent loans while providing excellent customer service and protecting the financial interests of Third Federal. The role will involve working in a collaborative, team environment and supporting the Default Servicing Managers.ResponsibilitiesExemplify and promote Third Federal’s values and culture of Love (Genuine Concern for Others), Trust, Respect, Commitment to Excellence and FunInteract with customers seeking assistance with mortgages and equity products.
