LTP Tennis Front Desk Attendant

Job Summary The Front Desk Attendant will provide customer service to all members and guests who play tennis and pickleball at LTP tennis facilities. Pro Shop Duties Welcome and assist members and guests. Answer phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate staff. Book court reservations using court reservation software. Collaborate with all tennis professionals in scheduling teaching courts. Share information about tennis and pickleball opportunities at the club. Process fees through POS for all programming and merchandise sales. Organize and prioritize various projects as delegated. Work as a team member to ensure the front desk operates efficiently. Tournament/Events Assist with the WTA women’s professional event and other smaller events. Flexible to work more hours in preparation and execution of events. Assist with hosting member mixers. Other Proficient computer skills and resourceful communication Excellent customer service skills Ability to multi-task Weekday evenings and weekend hours Work well in a team environment Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Shift: Day shift Evening shift Application Question(s): Are you available to work weeknights and weekends?
