Level III- More than seven (7) yearsof experience working on complexprojects with 2 or more years in aleadership role as a Developer7+ years of professional Javadevelopment experience with strongproficiency in Java 21 (records, sealedclasses, pattern matching, virtualthreads). One to three yearsof experience designing and buildingmicroservices architectures — servicedecomposition, API gateway patterns,service discovery, and distributedconfiguration; deploying and operatingmicroservices on AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS,RDS, S3, SQS, Lambda).Seven years of experience with SpringBoot and the Spring ecosystem (SpringMVC, Spring Data, Spring Security,Spring Cloud); Spring Batch for large-scale batch processing; solidunderstanding of Hibernate/JPA forORM and database interaction;experience with PostgreSQL or similarrelational databases; building andconsuming RESTful APIs with properversioning and contract-first design;experience with inter-servicecommunication patterns (REST,messaging queues, event-driven).Desirable Qualifications: Meets (Yes/No) If Meets identify Where, When and HOW, as applicable Experience with government orpublic sector projects Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins,GitHub Actions, or similar) formicroservices deployment pipelines;distributed system concerns: faulttolerance, circuit breakers, retries, and observability.
