Overnight Task Team Supervisor-1

Bass Pro Shops - - Responsibilities: Delegates tasks and work assignments to team members by giving clear and concise direction and follow up to ensure proper execution; Ensures adherence of all standard operating procedures and processes by team members, following up to provide training and guidance when needed; Maintains visual presentation standards including in-store signage, proper execution of merchandise directives and planograms, merchandise recovering/front facing and general daily recovery ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers; Ensures nightly replenishment of sales floor from backstock inventory, as well as new replenishment from the Distribution Centers and direct vendor deliveries; Assists the Management team in staffing the department, including interviewing, training, and preparing weekly work schedules; coaches and motivates associates to promote positive customer relations and a productive team-oriented work environment
