Position: Barista (Part-Time / Full-Time) Location: Austin, TX Pay: $12 hr + tips (average total $20–$25/hr) What You’ll Do Prepare matcha, espresso, and specialty drinks to Minimo’s quality standards Provide warm, upbeat customer service — we’re all about great energy Keep the truck organized, clean, and stocked throughout the shift Learn and maintain consistency in drink recipes and presentation Assist with setup, restocking, and closing procedures Represent the Minimo brand with pride, creativity, and attention to detail What We’re Looking For Previous barista or café experience (preferred, but not required — we’ll train!)
