Our client is seeking to hire an experienced and highly qualified Immigration Litigation Attorney to join and grow their legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law, with significant experience appearing before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and Immigration Courts.Our client operates multiple offices nationwide and exclusively practices immigration law. The role requires a strong ability and willingness to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRegularly appear in Immigration Court for master calendar and individual hearings, both in person and via WebExPrepare, review, and file applications with Immigration Court and USCISConduct legal research and interpret existing laws and regulations, as well as anticipated changes, to guide informed decision-making and reduce riskProvide legal advice and counsel to clients on immigration matters before USCIS and EOIR, including reviewing scheduling orders, decisions, and advising on next stepsMaintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with clients throughout their casesQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolLicensed to practice law in any U.S. stateMinimum of 4 years of litigation or immigration law experienceStrong legal writing, research, and organizational skillsExcellent academic credentials preferred, including top 10-15% class rank or GPA of 3.5 or higherStrong diligence and organizational abilities requiredBilingual abilities are a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation package401(k) and profit-sharing planEngaging, challenging, and rewarding work environmentExcellent working conditions
