CO-AX's CORE VALUES explain the organization’s beliefs about individuals, work, and behaviors. Core values are important because they are the “moral compass” that guides employees on how they should conduct themselves in the workplace while performing their job duties thus enabling the organization to move in a desirable direction.
How we conduct business, treat people, hire, and interact with customers are examples of how CORE values will be integrated into our business. These values will soon become the CO-AX way of life!
