Associate Process Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. Provide engineering support under general direction.2. Assist management and engineering to specify, develop, justify, document, implement and sustain assembly processes equipment and materials.3. Improve yield, efficiency and capacity of processes in accordance with strategic objectives.4. Investigate and recommend solutions to manufacturing challenges.5. Develop and/or conduct experiments to identify root cause of problems and evaluate process capabilities.6. Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.7. Understand. Create. Simplify.8. Our compensation ranges are based on the responsibilities of the role. Starting pay is determined individually and considers factors such as relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and training. Candidates may be considered at different levels based on their background.
