Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our healthcare team in our partnered assisted living facilities. The ideal candidate will assist in providing physical therapy treatments to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role offers the opportunity to work in two assisted living facilities in Arlington and Riverside. Enjoy the flexibility of home health with out all the commuting from patient to patient. Pay is per visit and schedule is very flexible Responsibilities - Work closely with patients to implement treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist - Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to help patients regain mobility and strength - Assist in documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed - Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care - Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques Qualifications - Certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant - Experience in patient care, particularly in settings such as hospitals, inpatient, or acute care facilities - Knowledge of medical terminology and human physiology - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Previous experience in home health is preferred If you are a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant looking to make a positive impact on patients' lives, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
