Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.Position SummaryThe Premium Club & Picnic Supervisor oversees all aspects of a game day event, including set-up, food presentation, serving, and cleanup while focusing on detail and quality presentation and customer service. Premium Club & Picnic Supervisors are also responsible for training and coaching of the Premium Buffet Attendants and Bartenders.This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.00Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matchingThis position will remain open until April 24, 2026.About the VenueHome of the Triple-A Memphis Redbirds baseball team, AutoZone Park serves as a year-round venue for events of all types and purposes, located in Downtown Memphis.ResponsibilitiesApproaches all encounters with guests and colleagues in a friendly, service-oriented mannerMaintains constant communication with guests and on-site contact to ensure all expectations are met or exceededRemains alert of complaints and or/unsatisfied guests and responds appropriately to ensure guest satisfactionCoordinates with other departments to arrange for the delivery of requested servicesMaintains constant contact with kitchen staff to ensure complete effective communication between food production and food serviceEnsures all functions are set and staff is prepared and organized before required time on BEOEnsures proper setting of buffet tables and other food service tablesArranges for and ensures proper sequence of service for each eventMaintains clean and orderly back areas, pre-function areas and storage areasSupervises the handling, storage, and security of all catering service equipment and decorAssists with staff training programsQualificationsAt Least 2 years experience working in a supervisory capacity in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environmentFood Handlers certficationTABC certficationPrevious experience training staff membersHigh School DiplomaStrengthened by our Differences.
