Operated in partnership with Lifepoint Health, Duke Health, and WakeMed, our interdisciplinary team is dedicated to helping patients recover, regain independence, and improve their quality of life in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.How You'll ContributeA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who excels in this role:Administers medications safely and accurately based on patient condition and ageFollows proper medication administration procedures to reduce risk of errorsAssists the RN with patient assessments and reassessments in accordance with policyIdentifies and implements appropriate rehabilitation nursing interventionsCompletes timely and accurate Quality Improvement (QI) assessments under RN supervisionDelivers patient care based on treatment response and updates care plans as neededAssesses and manages patient pain using appropriate interventionsEducates patients and families on treatment plans and recovery expectationsPromotes patient safety and helps reduce the risk of medical errorsDevelops individualized patient and family education plansWhat We're Looking ForApplicants should have a current state LPN license and have graduated from an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
