Apply via Dice today!Job Details:Location: Columbus, INVisa: No Sponsor Visa will workNote: Candidates should be local or willing to relocate to Columbus, IN.Job Overview:Seeking an experienced EBS HRMS Technical Consultant to implement, customize, and support Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules, aligning HR technology with organizational needs.Responsibilities:System Customization and Configuration:Customize and configure Oracle EBS HRMS modules to align with HR processes and policies.Implement and maintain HRMS setups, including position structures, organization hierarchies, etc.Integration Management:Design and implement integrations between Oracle HRMS and other systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HRMS with related modules and third-party applications.Technical Development:Develop custom solutions, reports, and interfaces using Oracle development tools (Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Workflow).Data Migration:Plan and execute HR data migration, ensuring data integrity and smooth transition.HR Analytics and Reporting:Design and develop reports using Oracle BI Publisher and other tools.Implement ETL processes for HR data.Performance Optimization:Analyze and optimize HRMS application performance, addressing bottlenecks.Monitor system performance and implement improvements.User Training and Support:Provide technical support and training for HRMS end-users.Conduct training sessions on new features and updates.Documentation:Create and maintain technical documentation for HRMS customizations and configurations.Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related fieldProven experience as an EBS HRMS Technical ConsultantProficient in Oracle development tools (PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow) Strong understanding of HR business processes and data structuresOracle EBS HRMS Technical Consultant
