We face challenges head on with determination and commitment, confident in our ability to succeed.Annuity Product AttorneyAs an Annuity Product Attorney, you will provide legal counsel and regulatory guidance for the development, filing, distribution, marketing and administration of annuity products. This role works closely with the product development, compliance, actuarial, operations, and sales teams to support innovative and compliant fixed and fixed index annuity products. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of annuity products, insurance laws and regulations, state filing requirements, and general annuity compliance.Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice related to the design, development, marketing, and administration of annuity productsReview and draft annuity contracts, riders, disclosures, applications, and related formsSupport product filings with state insurance departments and coordinate with regulators as neededReview marketing and training materials for regulatory complianceWork with compliance and operations teams on SuitabilityAdvise business teams on insurance laws and regulationsMonitor legislative and regulatory developments impacting annuity and retirement productsProvide guidance on financial professional agreements and compensation structuresAssist with regulatory inquiries, audits, examinations, and litigation support when necessaryDevelop and maintain legal policies and proceduresSkills, Experience & QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction5+ years of legal experience in insurance, annuity products, financial services, or related regulatory practiceStrong understanding of Fixed and Fixed Index Annuities, as well as state insurance regulationsExperience reviewing insurance product filings and policy formsExcellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.Strong organization and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesOutstanding verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the companyRevol One Financial® is the marketing name for Revol One Insurance Company.
