Working in our BH Inpatient unit, you'll be providing top-notch care to patients dealing with acute, chronic, or terminal illnesses.What You'll Do:Assess patients based on their diagnosis and care needsPlan, perform, delegate, and evaluate nursing care using your expert skillsWork closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomesParticipate in committees, program evaluations, research, and educationSupervise and mentor studentsStay compliant with the Missouri Nurse Practice Act and all organizational and regulatory requirementsMinimum Requirements:Graduation from an accredited nursing programCurrent state of Missouri license as a Registered NurseCurrent BCLS certificationIf applying for a PRN position: At least one year of medical/surgical experience OR one year of prior experience in the specialty areaPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent specialty degreeRN Specialty Certification
