The Controller will oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting for construction programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and optimizing financial systems to support decision-making. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate project cost tracking and supporting leadership with financial insights to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecastingStrong knowledge of construction accounting operations and project cost trackingExperience with compliance management, financial regulations, and reporting standardsFamiliarity with ERP systems and accounting softwareTrack record of effective leadership, teamwork, and communication skillsCPA certification or equivalent financial qualification is a plusBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field requiredConstruction industry knowledge strongly preferred
