Delivery Driver

We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, reliability, and excellent customer service. We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused Laundry Driver to join our team. Position Summary: The Laundry Driver is responsible for picking up and delivering laundry orders to and from customers' locations. This role requires punctuality, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience. The Laundry Driver will represent Squeaky Bees with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Key Responsibilities: - Pick up laundry from customers' locations and deliver it to Squeaky Bees for processing. - Deliver clean, fluffed, and folded laundry back to customers' locations promptly. - Ensure all laundry orders are accurately labeled and handled with care. - Maintain an organized schedule and route to maximize efficiency. - Communicate effectively with customers regarding pick-up and delivery times. - Handle any customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous and professional manner. - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle. - Report any vehicle maintenance needs to the management. - Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - Previous experience in a delivery or driving role is preferred but not required - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Ability to lift and carry laundry bags and bins. - Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently. - Familiarity with Linthicum, MD and surrounding areas and ability to navigate efficiently. Working Conditions: - This position requires driving for extended periods. - May require working weekends, holidays, and varying shifts. - Physical ability to lift and carry laundry loads.
