Senior Manager, Financial Reporting/Technical Accounting

We are looking for an experienced finance leader to oversee external reporting and technical accounting activities for our organization in San Francisco, California. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements with the ability to deliver accurate, timely filings and executive-level financial insights. The successful candidate will partner across finance and business teams to strengthen reporting processes, support complex accounting matters, and maintain a high standard of compliance. For immediate consideration, please contact Leon Chang directly via Linked-In.Responsibilities:Lead multi-entity consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting (monthly/quarterly/annual)Prepare disclosures and support MD& AServe as technical accounting expert; research issues, write memos, and implement new standardsStrengthen controls over consolidations; improve close process and drive automationLead system and process improvement initiatives; partner with IT/ERP teamsSupport acquisitions by integrating entities into reporting structureWork with FP& A on accounting impacts to forecasts and budgetsBachelor’s in Accounting; CPA preferred8+ years in accounting/audit; strong GAAP knowledge (ASC 606, 842, 810)ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) and strong Excel skills (pivots, lookups)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and accurateAble to handle complex data, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesExperience in public or high-growth environments preferredFlexible, adaptable, and effective working cross-functionallyRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
