During the internship the goal is to build upon your educational knowledge and develop the skills and experience needed to be successful in all aspects of the Engineering team’s processes. The ideal candidate will have a GPA of 3.0 or higher with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.Roles And ResponsibilitiesAssist in organizing and maintaining documentation for permits, safety reports, equipment logs, and compliance records to ensure everything is up to date and easily accessible. This can also include tracking deadlines for regulatory filings and assisting with auditsAssist in tracking materials, ordering supplies, and updating inventory databases for DC power plants, batteries, HVAC, and other componentsAssist in creating and maintaining the construction project tracking database for all active projectsReview and enter invoices into ADB’s accounting databaseReview and record daily project production, ensuring that Subcontractor completion alignsPrepare weekly / monthly unit summaries to provide to management.Assist in the support of project drawing revisions.Create templates and onboarding packages for new subcontractors.Perform other position duties when requested.Success FactorsA strong belief in ZERO- Being Safe 100% of the time is the expectation.
