Senior Associate, Community Operations

The Engine Accelerator is seeking a motivated, collaborative Senior Associate of Community Operations to join our Community Operations team. The Senior Associate will play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of our building run smoothly while helping cultivate a strong, supportive community for our resident startups. This person will balance operational execution with community engagement and bring a thoughtful, founder-centric lens to improving systems, processes, and the overall resident experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment and is excited to take ownership of projects and operational work streams.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & SystemsEnsure seamless day-to-day building operations, proactively identifying and resolving issuesAssist with monthly invoicing, contracts, and processesOversee inventory management and ordering for building supplies and shared resourcesMonitor and manage building access and building trainingsCommunity ExperienceHelp foster a welcoming, collaborative environment tailored to the needs of early-stage and technically complex startupsProvide on-the-ground support during community events and programmingServe as a key point of contact for resident inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high-quality experienceProject OwnershipOwn and execute discrete projects and operational work streams from start to finishIdentify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and the resident experienceCollaborate cross-functionally with internal labs, programming, and communication teams in addition to external partnersQualifications4-6 years of experience in operations, community management, co-working, VC platform, or incubatorsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and detailsA systems thinker who enjoys improving how things workExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFriendly, proactive, and service-oriented mindset. Someone who is energized by supporting tough tech founders and building communityAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyFlexible, adaptable, and eager to learn.
