We partner with leading AI labs and researchers advancing the next generation of intelligent systems.About the RoleWe are hiring healthcare operations professionals with hands-on Epic EHR experience to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems on real-world healthcare workflows.This role is ideal for healthcare administrators, revenue cycle professionals, medical operations specialists, clinical documentation experts, and healthcare support professionals who regularly use Epic in day-to-day operations.You will help AI systems better understand how healthcare workflows function in practice across patient operations, documentation, claims processes, and care coordination environments.ResponsibilitiesReview AI-generated healthcare workflow outputs for accuracy and realismEvaluate scenarios involving Epic EHR workflows and healthcare operationsTranslate real-world healthcare administrative processes into structured evaluation tasksAnalyze operational scenarios related to patient records, scheduling, documentation, claims, and care workflowsProvide detailed written feedback to improve AI-generated responsesDocument reasoning and workflow decisions clearly and consistentlyRequirements2–6+ years of professional experience using Epic EHR in a healthcare environmentExperience in healthcare administration, hospital operations, patient access, revenue cycle management, clinical operations, medical billing, or related functionsStrong familiarity with day-to-day EHR workflows and healthcare systemsAbility to navigate and interpret healthcare operational processes accuratelyStrong written communication and analytical skillsHigh attention to detailPreferred BackgroundsCandidates with experience in the following areas are especially encouraged to apply:Healthcare AdministrationRevenue Cycle ManagementMedical Billing and CodingClinical DocumentationPatient Access or SchedulingCare CoordinationHospital or Clinic OperationsHealth Information ManagementExperience with HIPAA-compliant workflows, claims processes, or medical documentation systems is a plus.
