QA Automation Test Engineer Lead

Job Title : Test LeadLocation : Irving TX Duration : Fulltime Job OverviewThe Automation Test Engineer Lead is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.Skillset :Experience in Banking domain, good to have experience in Retail BankingKnowledge of testing tools like Jira, ZephyrShould have Automation experience in Java, Python, Selenium, BDD and creation of hybrid framework.Knowledge of automated testing tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, and CucumberProven experience in Banking application,Good to have development experience using any programming languageGood to have knowledge of any AI toolResponsibilities:Responsible to manage and implement successful delivery of multiple projects under retail Banking domainAdjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate and Demonstrate leadership and project management skillsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationPartner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvementsResolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standardsProvide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprintUtilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementationDevelop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goalsProvide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutionsServe as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessaryRecommended Qualifications:10-14 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis roleExtensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applicationsExperience in managing and implementing successful projectsSubject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications DevelopmentAbility to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictateDemonstrated leadership and project management skillsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationEducation:Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster’s degree preferredShould have Automation experience in Java, Python, Selenium, BDD and creation of hybrid framework. Knowledge of automated testing tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, and CucumberProven experience in Retail Banking application, good to have knowledge of teller applications processing.
