Payroll Coordinator
Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract-to-Hire Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Baltimore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, proficiency in Paycom software, and experience in accounts payable. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations and supporting financial transactions.Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage payroll for employees using Paycom, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.- Collaborate with finance departments to gather and verify payroll data, including timesheets, attendance records, and other related information.- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries in a timely manner.- Assist in managing accounts payable tasks, including invoice processing and vendor communications.- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to payroll and accounts payable activities.- Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed.Qualifications:- 5 years of proven experience in payroll processing - Proficiency in Paycom software is required.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
