Customer Service/Inside Sales
Job Description
Key Duties / Responsibilities:· Enter sales orders into enterprise software, print and file them in sales log· Take sales calls, routing calls to proper salesman or distributor· Assist sales with customer quotes· Send customer confirmations on all orders received· Create Bill of Lading for all orders· Coordinate freight pick-ups and daily UPS shipments· Create and send out tab data to customers· Maintain tracking of serial number log· Respond to and/or assist with customer calls and emails for inquiries, order information and/or information on products, etc.· Freight Vendor Negotiations· End of Month Invoicing· Additional tasks as required Education and Knowledge:Minimum 3 years Customer Service and/or Logistics experience preferredData entry experience Experience / Skills / Abilities:Must be Bilingual (Spanish).Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organizationMicrosoft Office: Outlook, Excel, WordType +40 wpmPays strict attention to detail.Collaborative team player with a hands-on work ethic.Must be able to maintain complete confidentialitySelf-starter who can display independent judgementAbility to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and within deadlinesCompany DescriptionParent company to several diverse businesses/entities.
