Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Designer based in Cupertino, CA. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for creating and overseeing architectural designs, developing detailed construction drawings, and collaborating with project teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction process. Responsibilities include incorporating urban planning principles into designs, ensuring compliance with zoning laws and building codes, and working closely with clients to translate their visions into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. Qualifications Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical expertise.Experience in creating Construction Drawings and detailed project documentation.Skills in Drawing and design visualization, with the ability to communicate ideas effectively through sketches and renderings.Knowledge of Urban Planning principles and a clear understanding of zoning laws and building codes.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.Proficiency in design and drafting software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Experience in high-end residential projects is a plus.
