Packaging Associate (Kitting Dept)
DescriptionThe Packer is responsible for accurately and efficiently packing printed materials and products according to customer specifications and company quality standards. This role supports production operations by ensuring finished goods are properly assembled, packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipment.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesPack printed products, marketing materials, and other items by hand according to job specificationsInspect materials for quality, accuracy, and completeness before packagingAssemble packages, cartons, and displays as requiredLabel, tag, and prepare finished goods for shipping or distributionFollow detailed instructions from job tickets, work orders, or supervisorsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaAssist with sorting, counting, bundling, and stacking materialsReport defects, shortages, or inconsistencies to supervisors promptlyMeet production quotas and deadlines while maintaining quality standardsFollow all company safety policies and proceduresPerforms all other duties as assignedRequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
