ServiceNow Developer Title: ServiceNow Developer (Mid to Senior) — Multiple Openings | Remote & Hybrid Employment type: Full-Time / Contract / Contract-to-Hire (we have all three) About the opportunity HarryITConsulting is partnering with multiple enterprise clients actively hiring experienced ServiceNow Developers. We're building a strong bench of ServiceNow talent to match against openings as they come in across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and custom scoped applications. What you'll do (typical scope across our client roles) Design, develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, and ACLs Develop and consume REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (Active Directory, Workday, SAP, Jira, monitoring tools, etc.) Work across core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Service Catalog, CMDB, Knowledge Build Flow Designer flows, scheduled jobs, and scoped applications Translate business requirements into clean, maintainable technical solutions Perform unit testing, support UAT, and manage update sets across Dev → Test → Prod Collaborate with architects, BAs, PMs, and other developers in Agile/Scrum delivery What we're looking for (minimum requirements) 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience — required, no exceptions ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) — required, active certification Strong JavaScript skills; proficiency with HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON Demonstrated experience with at least two ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, ITAM, SPM, etc.) Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub) Solid understanding of GlideRecord, GlideAjax, GlideAggregate, and the ServiceNow data model Familiarity with update sets, scoped applications, and release management Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience Nice to have Certified Application Developer (CAD) CIS certifications (ITSM, HR, CSM, Discovery, SecOps, etc.) Experience with Service Portal, custom widgets, and AngularJS ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Compensation & Logistics Salary range (depending on role): $90K–$95K base for FTE; $40–$45/hr for contract (US-based) Location: Remote, hybrid, and on-site roles across the US Work authorization: US citizens, green card holders, and valid work visa holders all welcome — we have clients that sponsor and clients that don't How to apply (both steps required) To be considered, please complete both of the following: Apply and upload your resume Fill out our applicant intake form: https://forms.gle/gewkdmDMBe6obexq5 Applications missing either the resume OR the completed form will not be reviewed.
