Recognized for its pioneering efforts, Greenology developed the first USDA Certified Organic Detergents and Cleaners in the U.S. Customers trust its products for their commitment to safety, transparency, quality, and exceptional service.Position SummaryThe Sr. Logistics Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring product moves accurately, efficiently, and on time across our end-to-end network. This role supports our e-commerce fulfillment, store distribution, inbound vendor freight, and 3PL operations—acting as the connective tissue between warehouses, carriers, vendors, and internal teams. The Sr. Logistics Coordinator will own day-to-day shipment execution, troubleshoot delivery issues, maintain accurate flow-of-goods data, and help drive operational excellence across our rapidly scaling supply chain.Key ResponsibilitiesShipping & Receiving ExecutionCoordinate, schedule, and track all domestic shipments across parcel, LTL, TL, and 3PL channelsPrepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, commercial invoices) to ensure compliance and smooth handoffsMonitor carrier pickups, delivery performance, and transit exceptions; proactively resolve issues to protect delivery timelinesSupport inbound and outbound freight coordination with vendors, and customers ensuring alignment with routing guides and delivery windows.Supplier, 3PL & Carrier PartneringServe as day-to-day liaison for vendors, 3PLs, carriers, and freight brokersMonitor service performance (on-time, accuracy, cost), escalating issues and supporting corrective actionsAssist in rate negotiations and capacity planning conversations with freight partnersEnsure compliance with transportation regulations, routing requirements, and internal logistics standardsData, Reporting & Continuous ImprovementMaintain and analyze logistics dashboards, delivery performance reports, freight cost trackers, and KPI scorecardsIdentify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements across fulfillment, transportation, and returnsSupport optimization projects, including network flow, packaging, routing, and 3PL operational enhancementsEnsure all logistics data is clean, timely, and consistent across systems and partnersSupport Vendor Compliance with 3PL data capture and reportingCross-Functional Leadership & CollaborationPartner with E-Commerce, Stores, Digital, and Customer Experience teams to ensure delivery speed and accuracy meet customer expectationsCollaborate with Sales Team, Inventory Management, and Procurement Team to support inventory flow, seasonal readiness, and vendor performanceAssist in developing contingency plans for weather delays, carrier disruptions, and operational exceptions that impact serviceCommunicate clearly and proactively with internal stakeholders on shipment status, risks, and resolutionsQualifications3 plus years of experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or supply chain roles within retail, e-commerce, CPG, or 3PL environmentsStrong understanding of shipping methods, freight carriers, and warehouse operationsProficiency with ERP, WMS, TMS, or related logistics systems; Excel/Sheets skills requiredExcellent collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively across internal and external teamsCustomer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency and ownershipAbility to learn quickly, operate in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to evolving prioritiesBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferredEssential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:3 + years’ experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain within manufacturing, consumer goods, or copacker environments.Strong understanding of production‑linked material flow, lost control, and traceability.Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office.Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment.Knowledge of OSHA and DOT safety requirements.
