Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe General Laborer performs a variety of manual labor tasks under direct supervision. This role supports daily field operations by assisting with physical tasks, equipment handling, and general site maintenance.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.Perform general manual labor tasks including, but not limited to:Lifting, carrying, and moving materialsLoading and unloading vehiclesDigging, refilling holes, and basic site preparationMowing, trimming, and other grounds-maintenance activitiesOperating equipment in a support or assisting capacityComplete additional tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors.QualificationsEducation and ExperienceRequired:High school diploma or GED1+ years of previous experienceWork EnvironmentReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.Occasional use of motor coordination and finger dexterity (e.g., machine operation, keyboarding)Frequent physical effort handling objects under 30 poundsOccasional exposure to occupational risks (cuts, burns, chemicals, etc.)Occasional exposure to environmental elements such as dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremesTypical work setting involves outdoor manual laborSchedule & Working ConditionsThis position operates on a day-to-day schedule, depending on project needs.Candidates must be fully aware of and prepared for the following conditions:Outdoor temperatures typically range from 20°F to 50°F during the seasonWind, mud, and wet conditions are commonWorkers must arrive mentally prepared and equipped with proper clothing and gear suitable for cold, muddy, and variable weatherFull disclosure of these conditions will be provided during candidate screening#ZR #IND1Meet Your Recruiter
